pink smoothies

in the past weeks I have been trying to build my running habit back up, and along with that I have been eating more and more pink smoothies...a healthier choice and delicious at that.

1) add 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit to your blender 
2) add 1 container (or 1 cup) of plain or flavored yogurt
3) add a splash (or two) of juice. (I usually use orange or grape)
4) blend until it is as blended as you want.
5) pour & enjoy!
this is my quick and simple pink smoothie recipe. it not "over healthy" or "special healthy" on any means, and I don't claim it to be. it is just simply healthier than the sandwich or pizza I could have eaten...and is an easy recipe for me to make at hand.
